You will be responsible for generating new business from clients that are new to our organization in addition to servicing and renewal of existing business.      The role of the Producer in an insurance agency is to sell or produce the business which enables the agency to prosper and grow. You will be extensively trained, mentored, and coached…but at the end of the day, your success will be decided by your efforts.  You will act as a consultant for a diverse array of healthcare providers, evaluating their insurance & risk management needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.

    Skills/Qualifications:

-  Hunter Mentality

-  Motivated Self Starter

-  4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred

-  Effective communication of coverage features and benefits to clients.

-  Works well on teams as demonstrated by sharing ideas and practices that have been effective in meeting goals.

-  Insurance license obtained after hire at no cost to producer.
